- Tenders are invited for Urban Upgrading and Revitalization Program - Component II The document(s) can be collected from NIPDEC-s offices at the address below. For overseas bidders, the document(s) will be sent by courier services to the bidder-s address. Bids must be delivered to the address below by Thursday 8th September, 2022, at 14.00 hours. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of TT$100,000.00 or an equivalent amount in a freely convertible currency. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened publicly during a virtual tender opening utilizing MS Teams in the presence of bidders- representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below at 15.30 hours on Thursday, 8th September, 2022. A link to the tender opening will be circulated to all proponents that have submitted bids. Tender payment of a non-refundable fee of TT$1,687.50.00 VAT Inclusive. The method of payment will be payment at any branch of First Citizens Bank of Trinidad and Tobago Limited, Account #1448112, Swift Code FCTTTPS
